Meet the team
Ollie
Ollie joined the team at just 16 and has grown into an incredibly talented designer with an impressive eye for detail. Over the years, he has developed a wealth of knowledge and a fantastic skill set, making him a valued part of the team.
With a natural flair for creative design, Ollie is our CAD whizz. He brings customer ideas to life through beautifully detailed visuals, helping you see exactly how your new kitchen, bedroom or living space could look before the project begins.
Outside of work, Ollie is passionate about motorbikes and can often be found tinkering in the garage. He enjoys fixing, upgrading and customising his bike—although he has a habit of taking things apart just as quickly as he puts them back together!
Lee
Lee’s journey in the kitchen industry began at the age of just 16 when he started his first job with the former DIY retailer Texas Homecare. What started as a part-time role soon developed into a lifelong career, with Lee going on to work for a number of well-known companies including Homebase, Hammonds and several specialist kitchen businesses.
Throughout his career, Lee has held a variety of roles, from design and sales through to senior management positions. He has also worked as a consultant, helping established businesses improve their operations, customer experience and overall performance. These experiences have given him a unique understanding of both the creative and commercial sides of the industry.
Over the years, he has built extensive industry knowledge, developed strong relationships with trusted suppliers and established a network of reliable contacts. With over 35 years of experience behind him, launching his own business was the natural next step.
Today, Lee is the owner of GB Kitchen & Bedroom Studio, where he combines his wealth of knowledge with a genuine passion for helping customers create beautiful, practical spaces that work for the way they live. Whether it’s a kitchen, bedroom, media wall or home office, he enjoys guiding customers through the process and turning ideas into reality. His hands-on approach and commitment to customer service are at the heart of everything the business does.
Outside of work, Lee admits to being a bit of a technology enthusiast and is always keeping up with the latest gadgets and innovations. When he’s not exploring new tech, you’ll usually find him spending time with his Miniature Schnauzer, Ralph, enjoying long walks and getting out and about together.
